Power IT Support

Our Power Support Agreement provides clients who have little or no IT staff with trained network administrator resources to manage their information technology on an ongoing basis, allowing them to focus on their business objectives.
Essentially, our program provides you with a “power” IT support dedicated to assisting with your technology needs.
You’ll be supported by HP, IBM, Dell and Microsoft specialists who are part of the Aspen Computer Solutions consulting team, to give you the highest level of local resource possible.
Our Power Support Agreement is a subscription-based block of time purchased on an annual basis. The power support specialists charge against the subscription as the work is done. And you can control overall support costs by setting priority based service levels that suit you best.

Functions include:

• Routine network administrative support
• Event log review
• Monitoring & review of system back-up
• Maintenance of virus definitions
• Maintenance of critical updates & patches
• Desktop & printer support
• Hardware repair (excluding cost of parts)
• Escalation of issues to specialists, as needed
• Vendor liaison for technical support and problem resolution
• Technology requirement analysis
• Participation in client technology meetings
• Attentive customer service
